OnlySeeka respects intellectual property rights. If you believe that content on our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown request under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
How to Submit a Request
Identify the content
Note the exact URL(s) on OnlySeeka where the infringing content appears.
Prepare your request
Include your contact info, a description of the copyrighted work, the infringing URLs, and a statement of good faith.
Send the request
Email your DMCA notice to dmca@onlyseeka.com. We respond within 48 hours on business days.
Content removal
Once verified, the content is removed promptly. You will receive a confirmation email.
Required Information
Your DMCA notice must include the following to be valid:
- ✓Your full legal name, address, phone number, and email address
- ✓A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- ✓The exact URL(s) on onlyseeka.com where the infringing content is located
- ✓A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
- ✓A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
- ✓Your physical or electronic signature

If you believe your content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to dmca@onlyseeka.com. Your counter-notice must include your contact details, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake, and your signature. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.
OnlySeeka is a directory that indexes publicly available creator profiles. We do not host adult content directly. Our platform links to third-party sites (OnlyFans) and displays publicly available profile information such as usernames, bios, and profile images.
